Service begins on the day the customer signs up, with no fixed contract or commitment period. The customer can cancel or modify their service at any time. Services are billed on a month-to-month basis, and payment is due at the end of each billing cycle (not in advance). If the customer wishes to cancel their subscription, they must pay any outstanding balance for the services provided up to the cancellation date. LWIS will provide written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance of any changes to service terms or pricing.
The Term "Services" is limited to the equipment, facilities, restoration and repair provided by LWIS. Services are given from Monday to Saturday within office hours only. In case repair unexpectedly occurred during Sundays, the decision of the LWIS Management will prevail as to whether or not to deploy a Tech-crew on the field.
Technicians of LWIS are not allowed to touch any of the following devices (Laptop, TV, Tablet etc.) of the customer except Cellphone to navigate/config the router's software or Graphics User Interface ("GUI"), unless permitted to do so. However, LWIS crews are not held responsible for any untoward incidents occurred during the configuration due to customer's permission to navigate the aforementioned devices.
Customer is not entitled to call for technical support beyond office hour. However, concerns can be accommodated through text messages but services will be given the following day for as long it is within the office hours.(8AM-5PM). If the subscriber requested for immediate restoration beyond office day or hours, certain amount shall be applied.
The customer must pay the monthly internet bill ON OR BEFORE his/her due date to avoid additional charges amounting to P200. If the customer fails to settle the payment after (10) ten days, internet connection will be interrupted automatically without prior notice.
In case customer fails to settle his/her unpaid balance/s within (1) One Month grace period, LWIS crew/agent will retrieve the modem. In that case, a reconnection fee of P300 shall be charged against the subscriber upon reactivation of the account.
